Grass-Fed Beef Tallow candles burn clean with minimal soot and smoke. We use a lead-free cotton wick poured into a 9 oz glass jar so the jars can be cleaned and repurposed without fear of toxic residue.  We've always thought our tallow was "fire" and now we've made it literally so. Fireside Pine is 9 oz and has a 30-hour burn time.
